Hourly Edit Requests

Designing the Row’s hourly rate will increase to $125 on July 1, 2026. Any new invoices started after July 1 will reflect the new rate.

For the first time in seven years, I am making a modest adjustment to my hourly rate. As of January 1, 2024, my new hourly rate will be $100. I believe this adjustment reflects the continued growth and enhancement of the services I provide. I understand that this is a change, and I appreciate your understanding and continued trust in my work. Please submit any edit requests you might have via the form above.

Hourly Rate: Designing the Row’s current hourly rate is $100.

Minimum Invoice: All invoices have a half hour minimum charge ($50).

Billing Frequency: Invoices are billed on a monthly basis.

Late Payments: Any invoices over 2 months past due are subject to 10% late fee and termination of future edits until balance is paid in full.

Ongoing Support: There is no ongoing support fee! Invoices are only opened when you request an edit.

On December 1, 2021, Designing the Row implemented a 1 hour minimum charge for any/all hourly website maintenance.

Website maintenance refers to minor updates and additions to your existing website. If you're looking to rebrand your website and give it a whole new look/layout, please email Katherine separately about that.

To book your website edit request(s) on the calendar, please complete the form below and then be on the lookout for an email invoice ($75/hr). Once your payment has been received, an hour of time will be reserved for you on Katherine’s schedule to complete your edits asap.

If you have already completed this form and paid for your hour this month, you can still continue to submit additional requests here.

Edit requests are tracked monthly. If your project takes longer than the hour you pre-pay, you will be billed for the remainder of time at the end of the month ($75/hr).
