Squarespace Escape Key Not Working

About this Squarespace Video Tutorial

If you got used to using the escape key to log into your Squarespace website, you may have noticed recently that that stopped working.

I was a huge fan of this feature! It was so easy go to a website, hit escape on any page on that website, and it would log you in. Squarespace has said something like “escape was used to exit something, not get in to” or something like that, so they did away with it.

    Option 1

    1. Go to your live website

    2. Add /config to the end of the URL (and if you haven't officially like logged out of your website, it will log you in the same way the escape key used to)

    Option 2

    1. Go to account.squarespace.com

    2. This will show you any and all websites that you have under your account

    3. Click on the website you want to work on

So yeah. I'm sad that the escape key feature is gone, but this is how you quickly get into your site now.
